The Shamrock Film Festival was created to help tap into and showcase the talent of local filmmakers in Minnesota. It is a production of the Rosemount Area Arts Council.
Because of its orgins in Rosemount, MN, the festival is proud to always add an Irish flair to its festivities each year.
Now in its 4th year, The Shamrock Film Festival includes international entries and short films up to 44 minutes.
